Career of Evil

Postby Maxwell Shadow » Sun Nov 01, 2015 1:29 pm

I didn't even know until I saw it in the shop yesterday that JK Rowling has a new book out under her pseudonym Robert Galbraith. Well obviously I bought it and rushed home to start reading. I'm only a few chapters in but already I'm hooked by the story and had to force myself to put it down so I could go to sleep. Anyone else reading it? What do you think? Please use the spoiler function if you're going to give things away - I'm only at chapter 4 and definitely don't want it ruined!

Good to know! The second Cormoran Strike book (The Silkworm) was my airplane companion a few months ago. Maybe I'll try to get my hands on a copy of Career of Evil for my next flight.

I had it preordered on Amazon for my Kindle. It was a few days later before I got to read it though, I had to finish After You from the week before first.

I enjoyed it more than I did The Silkworm, but not as much as The Cuckoo's Calling. I had the having to put it down to go to sleep problem too, Max.
