Favorite Scary Book

Postby Polaris Black » Sat Oct 31, 2015 11:28 am

Well, it's Halloween and I was thinking about the time I was reading 'Salem's Lot by Stephen King. I remember being deliciously terrified and unable to sleep or put the book down. I was so on edge that every creak made me stop and look around. Although I was ultimately disappointed, it was a great ride getting there!

What is your favorite scary book?
A "Cassie Sig" is priceless - thank you so much!

One of the most scary books (stories) I've ever read is The Unpleasant Professor of Jonathan Hoag by Robert Heinlein.

He also wrote another very scary story -- The Puppet Masters. It has been made into a couple of movies....

If people think the film's creepy...try the book.
