Theoden sais this in response to Aragorn, but Gandalf's present as well (don't remember if there's anyone else). They talk about the palatir of Orthanc, it being the link between Sauron and Saruman.

Hmm.. My first guess was about the land near Rauros and Amon Hen. But they were Numenoreans and the Fellowship wouldn't refer to them that way, so, yeah, ignore me.

Aragorn says this to Frodo on their way between Weathertop and Rivendell, in the Trollshaws I think, when Frodo asks him who lives there.

Where did I see that before? unsure.gif

THat's Theoden to Gandalf at some point after Helm's Deep (can't remember the exact circumstances...)

That is Pippin to Gandalf in Minas Tirith, shortly before they speak to Denethor, when Gandalf cautions him not to mention Aragorn unless he has to.

Gandalf to Eomer. He's talking about the Nazgûl. He's holding quite a speech there ^^

Right you are, Eliza!
You guys managed to get 30 pages of quotes again - you are really great at this game!
But sadly, this also means that this game will now be closed.
As soon as anyone of us finds the time, your correct guesses will be counted, but I can't promise you anything about when that will be. (Or does anyone of you have a list of the quotes again, by chance?)
Thank you all for participating in this - you are what keeps this club going!
