Durin is the Founder of Durin's Folk and all dwarved hail from him, so they would rule throughout history, but at some point Moria was lost, and they obviously didn't rule there anymore then.

She is the bearer of the Ring of Water with a silver jewel.
Due however to the work of Sauron, the power of the rings was destroyed at the hand of the Nine, and the woods of Lorien are gone.
She was one of the last to leave Middle earth.
