She made the stars

Her husbond is Manwe, king of the Valar and of Arda

Last one from me...
-For now anyway...

I am a man
In some ways ordinary
In others extraordinary

I live in the Vales of Anduin
Between the Misty Mountains and Mirkwood

I played a great part
In defeating them
Before the gates of Erebor

My name means Warrior
Thought it might also means other things

Be wary: Looks can be deceiving...

So tell me: Who am I?

No, I am afraid I am not. Good guess though...
Keep guessing.

PS. If after two guesses the correct answer has not been found I shall give another clue

You mean the people the riddles refer to?

Well, the simple answer is that they're characters from Lord of the Rings, Silmarillion, The Hobbit, and (I'm not sure if there are any from this book, but there might) Unfinished Tales.
So generally they're all people from Tolkien's Univers.

All the people mentioned have different stories and the clues points at that. A clue can point at their story, their family, their name (the meaning of it for instance), Everything that leads up to who that character is.

Are you Beorn, the skin-changer? He played a major role in the victory over the Goblins at the Battle of Five Armies, before the gates of Erebor. His name means both "warrior" and "bear".

I was there before, after and since;
I dwelt in the depths of the West.

I kept watch on those who came first and after
When all others like me remained.

I am the one who summoned the catalyst,
Bringing the War of Wrath to an end.

Who am I?

Are you Saeros?

He insulted and mocked Túrin, who hunted him to death.
Túrin was forgiven, but did not know himself, as he had already fled, ashamed of what he had done.

My daughter is like a beautiful swan.
My grandsons had to make a hard choice.
My mother-in-law was beloved beyond all else.
My husband was the heir to our once great kingdom.
I am the white flower.

Who am I?

I don't think it was too easy, you just happened to pick people from some of my favourite stories or people who are mentioned in favourite parts of the books.

Next one:
I am the second one
A childhood friend and brother-in-law
of he who is implied to be foolish,
but ended up a heero of his people
I helped saving the land I call home

Who am I?
