The panel that will replace the cancelled one is one I have already mentioned: Monsters, Mutants and Mysteries: Modern Outlook on Magic. This panel will have a chair Priscilla Xavier, who is the leading writer behind many Muggle comics that deal with magic-like superpowers. Main speakers will be Eric Lensing (creator behind Harold Trotter, wizard extraordinaire), Raven Hankk (artist behind very famous mutant comics) and Jim Jones (writer of Broken Dreams, a story about a girl who discovered she has no powers in a world where at least one power is a norm).
The panel would discuss different classifications of people with supernatural powers (monster, mutant, Grimm, mutate, enhanced,...) and what are their origins, as well as the most appropriate term to be used in certain situations. Superpowers would be the main point of the discussion and how they relate to magic in wizarding world. Few such examples are mind-reading and Legilimency, magic versus real magic, teleportation and Apparition, and many more. Famous mysteries would also be touched upon, especially those that are commonly mentioned in the Muggle literature and what are Muggle magical explanations in said fiction and just how close they come to reality.
This panel would be important to the magical community to see how Muggles perceive magic and to show wizards that Muggles can be more open to magic than they were in medieval times.
