Welcome students, old and new, to a new year of HOLLERS challenges. One of the challenges this month will be a Fallen Letters (or Fallen Phrase) puzzle. What is this, you ask? This is a puzzle, where all the letters in the columns have fallen to the bottom. It is your job to put them back into their place to reveal a hidden phrase.
The easiest way to go about it is to first look for any columns that only have one letters. Since there are no other letters, you know that it is the correct solution. After you have done that, look for any two or three letter words that you can find. Most of the time, they will be very common words, such as ''the'', ''and'', ''to'', ''is', and so on. Lastly, there is trial and error. I usually turn towards longer words or contractions, but others may feel safer with shorter words.
Below is a fallen letters puzzles, touching on going back to school. Send me the solution (either as an image or a phrase) over HOL Forum message until September 30th, 11:59pm HOL time to get 20 hoots.
