February Prompt: The Sketchbook of Impossible Things

Postby Prof. Gustavo Flores » Sun Feb 04, 2018 3:24 am

In perfect time for our February Book Discussion, Fish in a Tree, I decided to honor that reading with our monthly prompt.

Ally, the protagonist of this story, is a great artist and likes to draw many things. She usually has Mind Movies when certain events make her imagine things, and that wild imagination of hers, along with her artistic creativity is poured in her Sketchbook of Impossible Things.

For February’s Prompt, I would like you to draw something that you would surely include in your Sketchbook of Impossible Things! Whether it is a fish trying to climb a tree, penguins playing basketball, an elephant knitting, or your friends and you riding a space rocket, there is no limit but your imagination!

Please share your work replying to this thread. Remember to keep everything HOL appropriate, adhering to all HOL rules, and keeping your submissions 600x600 pixels or smaller.

Submitting your work will earn you 20 beans and the chance to earn the beautiful Ink Splatters Award!! You have until the end of the school year to complete your prompt.

An orca whale coding something on a computer.

Credits to Google Images for helping me draw such an amazing orca whale.

My submission: fish climbing on the tree, I guess.
