Book Review: House of Furies

Post by Katelin Ross » Wed Dec 13, 2017 5:15 am

Title of the book: House of Furies
Author: Madeline Roux
Series: Not at this time
Genres: Gothic Horror

House of Furies introduces us to Louisa and the house of Coldthistle. Coldthisle is described as a boarding house where the workers help to keep the house running and the tenets needs' met. There is a dark side to Coldthisle though that deals with death, the Devil, and evil.

Madeline Roux brings us another wonderful world of the strange. If you have read her other series, "Asylum," then I think you will enjoy this book. I could not put it down. I would recommend this to the older crowd and to those who don't mind a little suspense in their books. There are parts of this book that are not HOL Book Club material.

Thank you to my Secret Santa 2018 for the wonderful signature and avatar!!
