Book Review: All the Bright Places

Postby Shiloh Adlar » Wed Aug 09, 2017 11:02 pm

Title: All the Bright Places
Author: Jennifer Niven
Genre: Young Adult

It truly is difficult to talk about this book without spoiling it, so I'll see what I can manage. The book is about a boy named Finch and a girl named Violet. They meet one day due to certain circumstances and eventually become partners for their Geography class. Through the earlier circumstances, the two share a secret and this secret brings them closer together. In their class, they have to learn about the state they live in and they become Wanderers, visiting these random but treasure jewel places and leaving something behind. They're journey is both joyful and at times very sad, but through this journey, they each teach other important lessons, and Violet learns one of the most important lessons of all. I gave it a 4 out 5.
