Since I don't have much free time this Summer, I pledge 1 book for now -_-

I pledge 1 book. Where I'm from we don't have summer holidays so I still have classes to go to, might add later if possible :P

Edit: I finally did it! Barely in time :P clicky

I keep forgetting to pledge so before it slips my mind again, I pledge 5 books

And my first post is a review of Pride and Prejudice over on the Bookshelf over here
For my next three books, Briar Rose by Jana Oliver, Throne of Glass by Sarah Jane Maas and First Test by Tamora Pierce, I posted micro-reviews as part of my broader discussion of types of fantasy literature and their effect
over on between the Pages here
And for my last trick ...A Review of The Hidden Staircase by Carolyn Keene

I'll pledge two books to begin with but might get through another couple. Have a busy summer coming up but am going away for a week so pool time is perfect for reading!

I will pledge one book!

Hopefully I'll read more, but school does start in less than a month...

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer of reading! And for anyone yet to pledge, you still have plenty of time to join us!

Wherever you’re at with your target, I just wanted to remind you that you have about 2 and a half weeks - until August 27th, 11.59 PM Hol-time to be exact - to finish those books and post something about them around the Bookclub!

I also wanted to update you on a slight change to our guidelines. To ensure that people get the most out of any reviews you write for The Bookshelf, we’re asking you to please make your comments a minimum of 80 words long. This does not include the info about the book’s title, author or series

Right, that’s it. You may resume that frenzied page turning! Good luck :D

*drops in again to remind everyone to please update their pledge posts above with links to their reviews, discussions and what not and then vanishes into the mist* (Seriously guys, it's a massive help with keeping track of your amazing progress!) ;)
