LEBRON JAMES!
Hometown hero all the way! He's an extraordinary basketball player and a marketing genius...I mean he had made a 90 million dollar deal with Nike at the age of 18...before he even played one game with the Cavs.

I'm a huge rugby fan (as i'm sure Twilight already knows - I agree that Joe Rocokoco (sp?) is pretty cool). But my all time fave rugby player is...George Smith!!! He plays for the Wallabies, he's a great flanker, and he has cool hair!!

Jonny Wilkinson! He won the Rugby World Cup for us!

Or Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Diego Forlan - the best players at Manchester United.

A lady named Julie Suhr, who has finished the Tevis Ride (100 Miles in One Day Endurance Ride), maybe 20 times? She has come in top 10 and I think her horse has received Best Condition award. She hasn't ridden the same horse on the event, and it says much that she has guided many equines through this arduous challenge, passing all the many vet checks, and gaining the respect of almost everyone with her kindness, politeness, and graciousness -- as well as sheer grit.

Ooh!!! Uh, (Racks brain) Dominique Don't remember her last name. She was in the 199(I think 7) Olympics. I was just a girl back then, but I remember she was one of the greatest gymnasts I had ever seen. She still is, but, like every true athlete, I believe she damaged a part of her body and had to stop soon after.

England striker Michael Owen is definately my favorite!! He's amazingly quick on the pitch and so skilled and unique in his own way. He plays really well when he's injury-free and on form, not adding the fact that I love his personality and character as well both on and off the pitch. xD Owen's not playing for Liverpool anymore but that does not stop me from being a scouser. Go Mighty Reds! biggrin.gif
