Re: Week 3 - Roleplay

Raymond nodded at what Miss Knope was saying. He had the same thoughts as well. “I think we just need to have our eyes peeled,” Raymond paused in distaste after using such an idiom. “Do keep me updated if you see or hear anything,” he nodded and started moving around the room again, doing his own in...

Re: Week 3 - Roleplay

Raymond moved closer to Miss Knope after hearing her reply to the questions they were asked as a whole. “Nice to meet you again, Miss Knope,” he nodded and glanced at the gathering group. “Interesting turn of events, this theft,” Raymond mentioned. “Who do you think took it?” he asked her. From thei...

Re: Week 3 - Roleplay

Raymond’s left eyebrow rose to an almost unbelievable height on his forehead when he heard the news of the theft and just what was taken from the display. Who puts such a powerful object on display without any proper security? The security would have benefitted from courses given by his precinct. Wh...

Re: Week 2 - Roleplay

Raymond stared almost incredulously at the man, especially at his last sentence. His decades of work as a police officer proved just how wrong Hiccup’s statement was. He opened his mouth to retort, feeling himself getting a little heated up, however, his mask of impassiveness still held. Raymond, ho...

Re: Week 2 - Roleplay

Raymond almost regretted speaking up, but at least it sparked a debate between other people. It was rather dull that everybody only milled around, but said nothing. Though, he supposed silence was preferable than some opinions around the group. “He [Han] has a point Mr. Hiccup,” Raymond interjected....

Re: Week 2 - Creative

Of course the first thing I would pack is food . To minimize the space food would need, I would only pack dense, high protein flavorless bars. They have everything you would require for nourishment when you are trying to survive. They would also never spoil nor crinkle or otherwise attract predators...

Re: Week 2 - Roleplay

Raymond congratulated himself for being successful enough at dodging other people, because after he moved to one of the book walls, no one spoke to him again. When the weird floating woman arrived, Raymond wondered if perhaps this was all a dream or a hallucination to something being put into his fo...

Re: Week 1 - Roleplay

Raymond’s face remain as passive as ever as he listened to the younger man talk. “It is a very weird name,” he stated, wondering who on Earth would name their child something as insensible as Hiccup. Some new-age flower power people, definitely. “Now, please excuse me, I think I hear someone calling...

Re: Week 1 - Roleplay

Raymond saw one of the younger men approach the table with food. It seemed as if wanted to speak to the officer, but Raymond was not sure about that. He swallowed the food he had in his mouth and turned towards the man, noticing he was dressed rather strangely, reminiscent of Viking-style clothing. ...

Re: Week 1 - Roleplay

Raymond turned his head towards the man she pointed out as her husband. He had no idea they could bring other guests here or he would have had ensured himself at least one guests he would have loved to talk to. “A lot of people have a…” Raymond paused, wondering what word to best use, deciding on th...

Re: Week 1 - Creative

1. To you, what makes a hero? Do you consider yourself one? Hero is a very subjective term, each person describes it differently. For me, a hero is someone who sticks to their beliefs in the face of great adversity. As for whether I see myself as a hero…I am as much of a hero as any other police of...

Whether they are for Quidditch or other professional sports, fun or simple transportation, flying broomsticks are a crucial part of a witch or wizard. Until the 20th century, the brooms were individually made by broom-makers , but with the creation of Cleansweep Broom Company in 1926, broomsticks be...

Re: Week 1 - Roleplay

Raymond paid close attention to the blonde woman, who shortly after identified herself as Leslie Knope. He thought she was another attention seeker, like detective Peralta, but then she mentioned that she made binders. Raymond liked binders, they were very efficient. He moved away from his spot to p...

Re: Week 1 - Roleplay

Raymond Holt stepped into the room where he had to mingle with people. As a police captain mingling was something he had to frequently do, despite detesting it a great deal. He had no idea why people had to engage in so called “small-talk”. It even had an inappropriate name, as said conversation was...
